Social Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, except employees of Escapology including their families and business partners (including influencers/bloggers/businesses that have worked with Escapology both paid and unpaid).

2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

3. To Enter the Giveaway, Entrants must fulfil the criteria a) like the giveaway post b) Follow or Like the Escapology page c) Tag a friend.

4. The entry period of the giveaway will be outlined on the Instagram and Facebook giveaway post.

5. Entry must be made by one individual Entrant; no group or organisation entries.

6. One winner will be chosen at random from all entries received across Instagram and Facebook within the giveaway period. The winning Entrant will be notified via Instagram stories and Facebook comments on the giveaway post.

7. There is one prize, one winner from Facebook or Instagram.

8. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Escapology is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Escapology reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.

9. Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternatives are available. Escapology reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are subject to stock availability and substitutes may be given. All prizes will be sent by Escapology within 14 days of selecting the winning Entrants (unless prize is not immediately available).

10. The winning Entrants will be asked to provide a suitable address for the items to be delivered via private message.

11. Events may occur that render the giveaway itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Escapology and accordingly Escapology may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the giveaway and Entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
